Cucumber Melon Sangria Recipe
This cucumber melon sangria recipe is one of our favorite spring time cocktails, because it’s both refreshing and delicious! It’s perfect to throw together the morning of your party or even night before to save yourself some time.
1 (750 ml) bottle dry white wine
3/4 cup gin (our favorite is Bluebird Distilling Juniperus Gin)
1/2 honeydew melon, cubed
1/2 seedless cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup packed fresh mint leaves
1 cup sparkling water or club soda
Combine all ingredients except sparkling water in a large pitcher and still well. Refrigerate at 2 – 3 hours (more if possible). Just before serving, pour in sparkling water and gently stir to combine. Serve over ice.
