Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

We’re sharing our favorite spring recipes that you can try out! This one for cheesecake stuffed strawberries is so simple to make yet so delicious. It is the perfect appetizer to enjoy with wine on the patio or bring to your next get together. It is always a crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients:

1 package of Ritz Crackers

8 ounces of cream cheese

12 ounces of strawberries

Juice from one fresh lime

1 jalapeno pepper seeded and diced

½ cup cilantro

¾ cup of sugar

Salt to taste

½  cup of green onions

Directions:

In a food processor or blender, blend the strawberries, lime juice, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, green onion, salt, and sugar. Once blended, pour over cream cheese and serve with Ritz Crackers.
